1. About Paepah

Paepah is a digital fundraising platform that creates and manages custom storefronts for schools, sports teams, clubs, and other organizations. We create all digital products, build all storefronts, process all payments, and deliver all downloads. Organizations (“you” or “your org”) sign up free, approve their storefront, share their unique link, and earn 35% of all sales made through their page.

These Terms of Service govern your use of Paepah's platform and services. By signing up or using Paepah, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Eligibility

To use Paepah as an organization, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or have authority to act on behalf of your organization
• Be a legitimate school, sports team, club, nonprofit, or community organization
• Provide accurate information about your organization during signup
• Have or be able to create a Stripe account to receive payouts

3. The Paepah service

What Paepah provides

• A custom-branded storefront at a Paepah subdomain (e.g., yourorg.paepah.com)
• Digital printable products created by Paepah and loaded into your storefront
• Secure payment processing via Stripe
• Automated instant download delivery to buyers
• An earnings dashboard where you can track sales and payouts
• Ongoing management and updates to your storefront

What you provide

• Accurate organization information
• A connected Stripe account for receiving your share of sales
• Promotion of your storefront link to your community
• Approval of your storefront before it goes live

4. Revenue split and payouts

For every sale made through your storefront:

• 35% of the sale amount goes to your organization via Stripe Connect
• 65% is retained by Paepah to cover product creation, platform operation, payment processing, and fulfillment

Payouts are processed automatically via Stripe Connect according to your Stripe payout schedule. Paepah does not hold your funds. We are not responsible for delays caused by Stripe or your financial institution.

This revenue split may be updated with 30 days notice to active organizations. Existing campaigns will honour the rate in effect at the time of their approval.

5. Digital products and intellectual property

All digital products available on the Paepah platform are created by and remain the intellectual property of Paepah. Organizations do not acquire any ownership rights over these products.

Buyers of digital products receive a personal, non-commercial licence to use the purchased printables for their own personal or household use. Buyers may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of any Paepah digital product.

6. Organization conduct

You agree not to:

• Misrepresent your organization or its purpose
• Use Paepah for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to manipulate sales, reviews, or platform metrics
• Interfere with the platform's operation or security
• Share your storefront link in a misleading or deceptive way

Paepah reserves the right to suspend or terminate any organization account that violates these terms, with or without notice.

7. No guarantees on earnings

Paepah does not guarantee any specific level of sales or earnings. Your results depend entirely on the size and engagement of your community, how actively you promote your storefront, and other factors outside our control.

8. Refunds and disputes

Buyers who experience issues with their digital download should contact us at [email protected]. We will work to resolve download issues promptly. Refunds are issued at Paepah's discretion and in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. When a refund is issued, the corresponding portion will be deducted from the organization's earnings.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. Organizations may request removal of their storefront by contacting us. Paepah may deactivate storefronts that violate these terms or that have had no sales activity for more than 12 months. Any earned but unpaid amounts will be paid out upon termination.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active organizations by email at least 14 days before significant changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
